I hate when you are driving along listening to a song you like and you start crying. or you feel like you could cry. Just so frustrated with myself and with life. I just want it all over. No I am not going to kill myself just wish someone else or an accident would happen so I would die. All I do is struggle no matter how I try to get things right it does not work out. Have been trying for several yrs now.

i've had the same thing. except the accident did happen.

Driving along I96, on the radio comes "spirit in the sky"
(long story why this song does it)
and i go to wipe my eyes and wham in the back of another car.
no matter what, i dont wish emotional accidents on anyone.

Change the song, and keep note of what song made you feel like that. when you make it home. lock yourself up and listen to it over and over.
it worked for me, now i can listen to the song and not break down, but it still brings that feeling to the back of your throat

I have moments like that, too. I don't think this is that strange of a thing to happen. I have certian songs that I have to change stations the minute they come on or it will take back the past in a flash. I, also, have been struggling for years and have the same wishes as you. I get tired of it all and wish there was an easy way out, but somehow I keep going one step at a time. Hope you get to feeling better soon.
