When I get over-tired, coupled with stress I tend to resort to the same thinking - That I want to go to sleep and not wake up.

Last night was triggered by, our Bed That I made nice and neatly before work, was all messed up, my gemstones I keep Under my pillow to help me sleep, were missing. The laundry I spent all last weekend doing, I was the only one who put it away. So for whatever reason that triggered my brain to tell me to want to sleep and never wake up.

I got angry and cried my eyes out over something that's so not a big deal. All parents go through a messy house and stuff like that, but I get exhausted and get my fleeting thoughts, of just wanting to curl up in Bed, with my teddy bear, and sleep forever. Stay in my happy place - sleep.

I don't know if I'm going nuts or what. *sigh*

P.S. It's not suicidal, just literally a desire to sleep, and stay sleeping, just want peace.

It was probably my partners kids, and they are at their mothers for the weekend. I feel bad that it bothered me that much, but my bedroom is my haven, it's my peaceful place when everything else is crazy. Thankfully my moment of wanting sleep is over, for now.

I totally understand you. I literally have pictures of my freshly-made bed saved on my phone because I like to look at them when I'm stressed out. It helps me get through the day.

I'm sorry about what happened though. I'm sure that if it was the kids, they were only playing and didn't mean to cause you such grief, but I totally understand your frustration. I'd be pretty ticked off too.

Thanks. It means a lot. I totally get that they were only playing around and stuff like that, because I did that when I was young too. Guess it was just a bad combo of things. Glad I'm not the only one at least. Maybe when I build my own house I'll have a lock on the bedroom door lol

Every one needs their space. Make that point to those you have to live with. If you can't have your space there, then consider living in your own place.
