I am so angry I don't know what to do usually I'd go for a walk but it's too ****ing cold, so I don't know what to do. My uncle told his kid that it was her fault that he had to pay child support and that her mother was a ***** and a ****. And she's only 13. It kills me to know this is going on and not be able to do anything cause she's so far away. And he talks to her over the phone, ****. I was abused in all ways, and to know my baby cousin is going through something similar by her own father is killing me I'm so angry....

Is there a way to get ahold of her privately and reassure her? I know you can't do anything really but maybe the emotional support from you will keep her confidence somewhat higher and knowing that what she is going through isn't right and she can say something to someone in her area who can help?

Just an idea. I understand the feelings and I know how hard it is to feel powerless to help.
