Only one good thing? I don't think I could narrow it down to just one.
My loving husband of 40 years
3 adult children who make me proud
5 adorable grandchildren, with one more on the way!!
A lot of true friends who are members of AA and NA, just like me! They are my second family.
My 2 Chihuahuas, who have loved me from the first time I brought them into our home. They could teach a lot of humans what "unconditional love" really means.

Can't do one. Has to be wonderful, gentle husband who tries to understand me, my adorable cats, it's almost spring & despite snow in the forecast it's to be in the 60's Friday, I finished all of my to-do list today which is unusual.
Thanks for this!

100% my amazing, loyal friends and family. They are absolutely what is keeping me alive and just barely hanging on when I'm feeling incredibly hopeless. I think about all my wonderful friends and how much they support me endlessly, and my family who will love me, unconditionally, NO MATTER WHAT and I remember that I am so loved. I do not need anyone else. Now I just must learn to love myself.

They used my page, even if not in very final contract. I was so miffed when I saw that missing, two years ago.
It is the clearest definition, out there.
One year, defined with every opportunity, to change behaviors. Why not make that change. With oodles of resources, why not make that behavior change?
