Sometimes I just randomly start feeling sad and feel like I could cry, sometimes I can pinpoint it but other times I can't. Anyone ever feel like this?

Plenty of times haha. If it comes out of nowhere I think to myself how ridiculous it is and try to figure out where it's coming from and usually just end up making myself frustrated. Sometimes I just listen to sad music and let it out (which is a nice break). And sometimes I suck it in and say "not right now" and try to keep moving. It's really annoying most of the time and has a bad habit of interfering at awkward moments :/

Yes I do! Sometimes I have a great day at work and as soon as I get to the parking lot when i'm off I just want to cry. It's really random. I think those are the times you should just allow yourself the right to be sad (don't wallow though) and treat yourself to something nice because you are worth it.
