Recently I've been dealing with so many negative emotions, it's difficult for me to get through the day.
I suffer from anxiety, depression, guilt, anger and I can't stop worrying about things in my life. I'm on medication and see a therapist, but I'm having problems coping with my emotions. I try to stay busy, but recently suffered a back injury which limits my physical activity. Some days I feel like I'm losing my sanity and I'm really scared, which leads to more anxiety and depression. I feel like I'm dying and there's nothing I can do to stop it! ![]() |

What you are experiencing, indicates you are on an important break through with your Therapist and in your Therapy. You are entering a new world of Healing. The anxiety and fear are the indicators of this. Healing as you are doing, causes these feelings, because healing can be very scary.
You feel like you are dieing, because your old ways of feeling and behaving has bit the dust. But don't worry, wonderful better feelings will replace then, along with a better positive self concept. |

Well, I know how hard that is. I try to use the Internet to help me with each feeling. I look up the topic until I find something that seems helpful to me. I can download pictures with quotes and keep looking at them. I do it one step at a time. Wish there wasn't so much though. Each day seems to have it's problems.

I can relate to what you are feeling. When you say you don't care, do you mean you feel apathetic or is it a negative emotion manifesting as not caring?

I totally understand how you feel. That's pretty much me every day, too. It's a miserable way to be. I hope you feel better soon.

It's a negative emotion, I'm so tired of feeling like crap. I just want to feel some joy in my life. Everyday is a struggle and I'm ready to give up.

Having just gone through a traumatic emotional time again. Family striking with their own anger issues. I feel stunned, hurt and alone. It is a fight to keep trying. There just really is no good alternative.

I can relate because I'm having similar emotions... You're not alone (everyone who posted about negative emotions). Don't give up and I'm sorry you're feeling this wy.
