Scottish Domestic Abuse Helpline

I hope you stay safe. I've posted the link to the National Domestic abuse hotline in Scotland. If things get bad with your stepfather you can always call the police.

Don't hurt anyone. Don't hurt yourself.
Stay safe,

Please don't hurt yourself because your mother's boyfriend is being unkind. For the moment I would suggest you avoid discussing drug use (in any way, shape or form) with your mother's boyfriend. It sounds like he is looking for a fight.

Develop, as much as you are able, a healthy life outside of the house. If you are school age, please confide in a trusted teacher.
