Yesterday, me and my coworkers had a meeting on the job. It was about communicating with each other and learning how to cope with stress. On my job, i deal with customer service, and there are times that we stress out because of the deadlines that have to be met when customer's orders have to be processed. Management told us that we do a good job of coping with the stress, but we have to control it better. Management noticed that coworkers yell on the job, and it should not be that way. Management told us that if we don't go on break, that it could be a cause for getting worked up and stressed out. This could be tooken care of by just taking a break. For me, I believe that all workers should be respected, because the job would be done alot better. I know too, that stress can cause a job to be done more efficiently, believe it or not.

You could try doing quick 'grounding exercises' if things start to get tense during work. For example, rubbing your feet against the floor; counting the inhales and exhales of your breaths; rubbing your palms together, creating friction, and letting the friction dissolve; you can find a lot of these exercises on the internet

Respect is earned and goes both ways - mutual respect is the key.
