Has anyone here tried EFT? Have you found it effective?

Hi Travelinglady, thanks for your reply - it's Emotional Freedom Technique - using tapping on acupressure points to release emotions. I wanted to try it but I wasn't sure if it was just a placebo or really worked.

Someone I know found it really helpful, but I just couldn't get the hang of the tapping. It needed more concentration than I had at the time.

Most likely it is pure quackery. Plus, who would have patience to go through those motions again and again and again?
