It is exactly what is happening to me right now. In 2012-13, there was a period of excessive excitement that happened to me. Back then, my idea of acting happy consisted of making a fool out of myself and screaming like everywhere I went was a boyband concert. Quite predictably, that era didn't last. But what should I do after my ideals of happiness have been crushed?

You have no more need to be Manic. Your manic days are over. What should you do? Just be yourself.

Continue on as you now doing. For new ideals of happiness now await you, and they will be much more full filling and meaningful.!
