Hello lebanese97: PsychCentral is a wonderful place to gain support, make new internet friends & learn techniques for dealing with mental health struggles. However, it would not be appropriate for anyone here to try to diagnose you or cure you. Still, there are many helpful, supportive members here on PC. And you may find some who have had struggles similar to yours, & they may have some helpful suggestions to offer.

It sounds as though part of your problem may have to do with anger management. Anger can also be a symptom of depression. So you may want to spend some time in the depression forum here on PC. There is also a forum that deals with internet addiction. It is a sub-forum of the Addictions forum. Check out the Forums Index here on PC: http://forums.psychcentral.com/ for links to these & other fine forums. Good luck!

Computers can be unforgiving. Best to take a vacation from high MB game playing and just do light tasks such as posting here in this forum. You will feel much better.

I was addicted to operation flash point for about five years. yes lag is your worse enemy. makes it impossible to play. as much absolute fun as online gaming was I gave it up because it was affecting my life in a negative way.
