I hate myself a little more each day. Always miserable and bored with myself. I wish I didnt feel this daily. Any suggestions on how to redirect these feelings?

Appreciate who you are and Love yourself.
Love is a verb. It's an action word.
To feel good about yourself you need to do good things for yourself.

Only you have the power to make a life worth living.
It takes courage, determination and lots of patience

You need to be grateful for what you have and find something to live for.
You need a mission and a purpose.

You need to let go of the past and build a future

Life is difficult, but we are all winners if we keep trying!
Thanks for this!
