Hi all,
I am very upset/mad at my boyfriend right now. So much so I couldn't even sleep, and when I did I had nightmares. I have never coped with my anger in a positive way, and I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice? Thanks |

One trick is to write it all out and then burn it. Burning it is symbolic of letting it go. I find that putting it on paper helps get it out of my system.
There is also the 24 rule. Always wait 24 hours before making any decisions based on anger. Usually with a little space you see things more rationally.

I suffer from anger problems . I try to use some of the information on the Internet. There is a lot. Waiting is certainly a good one. Writing helps. Getting help when you are stuck. Hope you feel better.
