I was wondering if anyone else feels like me. I am very shy and I have a very low self-esteem.
My childhood wasn't good. I suffer a lot throughout my childhood years due to bad parenting and a sensitive personality.
I always try to be the best. And every time I was the best I would never got a compliment, I would only be criticized and compared to other kids.
I feel I need to heal my emotions in order to be a more confident person. And deep inside it's like am still waiting for a loving parent to comfort me to praise me. I feel if I had someone like this I would be happy and I won't be so shy.

Me as well. Need to build up self esteem especially after some tough bad scenes I have struggled with.
