To everyone. I am sorry but there it is.
I really don't have it in me anymore. I have two family members who suffer from depression and who need me, a colleague and friend who bites herself and self harms who I see everyday and then a whole bunch of kids at work to look after.
I just can't meet all their needs anymore yet feel guilty for not being able to do so. Nobody is there for me when I am sad or down, do I not matter?
Selfishly I want someone to care for me for once, I am sick of being everyones emotional crutch. I guess my true colours are showing right now?

I am sorry .

If you don't care of yourself 1st. How can you take care of anyone else? No need to feel guilty here. It is mandatory that you take care of yourself First!

I know the feeling! You do need to take care of yourself before you will be able to be your best for others. Ask for help!! And, don't forget to recognize the wonderful friend, co-worker, etc. that you are. We have a tendency to always think we are not worthy. You Are Worthy! Hope things get better for you.. HUGS

Most of us would like a friend like you. I'm not what you'd call a needy person so I can relate. What you feel is definitely understandable. You can't be everyone's rock. Take it easy on yourself.

You are all really kind. I feel very blessed to be a part of this site.
I am a bit concerned that it came across that I can't support anyone here, I didnt mean that, I meant offline. Sorry if it came across otherwise.

Right now you need not to support anyone, until you, yourself has healed. Let us give you support for now, worry about the rest latter.
