I'm not really sure where to put this topic but okay..

I'm 19 years old and I just feel so old already. When I see 13,14 year olds i'm like: wow I wish I was that young again. I don't really feel ready to grow up and face the "adult life". I wish I could back to high school and just be young, and with no big responsibilities.

Maybe it's stupid but it feels bad too..

You can still do this in adult life, and the only "big responsibilities" you would have, is to yourself.

Every thing one does has some consequences. Even when you were 5yo.. Now you can have better control over what you want to do. No worry, just turn down the anxiety down some, and you will do well.
Thanks for this!

make smart choices now. make good habits now. eat healthy, sleep well avoid drinking and drugs and get exercise and you will feel younger. I have been on both spectrums and its hard to get it back. its so easy to feel bad and make excuses.
Something made me think the other day. It was a guy that wrote for the obituaries and he said," the Greeks asked one thing when a man died." "Did he have passion." How do we get passion and how do we keep it? if we have lost all desires maybe we need to find a new one. if you life is your job, you can loose it and be devastated.I am not working and i think my hobby has been tv. its fun but not rewarding. I feel stagnant. maybe I no longer believe that there is anything i can do to feel happy. I think I look at a hobby as work. the key is passion something you can delve into and enjoy so much you are not looking at the clock.
obtain passion and stay young

The world is full of children in adult bodies, but the
mind sees the adult body, and assumes it is a real
adult.
Thanks for this!
