I should lay down and rest....but I can't...my thoughts won't stop racing....they are overwhelming me...so scared....HELP ME!!!

If it feels urgent, can you call a crisis line or go to emergency and let them know you couldn't get your meds today?

I don't want to go to the hospital...I am never going back there...If I can just hang on...tomorrow I can get my refills...
I took some of my Mom's effexor, she and I both take that, so it works out if either of us runs out and needs some while waiting for a refill. I didn't take it to SI, just about the same dosage I usually take with my own effexor... Anyways, I'm just a little scared because it takes a while for the stuff to kick in when I'm like this, and I'm struggling to cope until it does...and I still need my abilify...so yeah...just gotta hang on.

I have my family if I am in serious danger...thanks...though I won't go to the hospital ever again....I'm better than that.

i hope you feel better now after a good nights sleep. did you get a good nights sleep? i hope you can get your meds and they will kick in after you take them and you will feel better i just hope you make it till you get your meds before you end up in the hospital!!!

I didn't sleep....couldn't wind down enough
I'm fine though, just a few more hours til I can get to the pharmacy...then I can sleep (sleeping while suffering from withdrawls results in pretty scary dreams)

Hope you feel better, Arty. I know what medication withdrawal feels like. It totally sucks. Hope you can sleep after you get the meds too. Sleep is the great healer.

I slept on the couch, a dreamless sleep thank god, and for a few hours, so I think I'm not as tired. Hard to tell...
Now if only I had an apatite, as I haven't eaten anything all day except several cans of diet coke. Just not hungry I guess. Maybe the realization that socializing isn't for me kind of made me too upset to even think about food. I'm fine though......just no where near hungry. I'm not going to force myself to eat though. Why force yourself to eat when you're not hungry? That makes no sense. At least these past couple of months my weight has gone down. I've lost a grand total of 25 lbs (or 11 Kilos for those who are not in the US), and am liking that. Must be doing something right. I needed to lose that extra weight. The Pdoc will be happy.

Vital, I can't.....I'm being punished and thus am not allowed to use chat....I failed at being social, apparently....I'm sorry...it's for the best anyways...I'll send you a PM with more details as to why...
As for my weight...thanks....I finally managed to get a couple of drumsticks of fried chicken down earlier...having those in my belly should be suffice for another 24 hours or so.
