Stressful couple of days.. Really weeks I guess. I don't know why, but today I just have the sense of feeling so drained. I feel like I'm ready to just give up and hide in a dark room and never speak again.

Stress will wear a person down. I find it to be my main triggers for my depression. Let your body tell you what it needs. Maybe some rest in a dark room would be helpful.

try to get some sleep even if its more than usual, that is what helps me. if you can get to sleep, i know sometimes sleep won't come but at least relax on the couch or bed and listen to music.

It has been very stressful at work this month with extra work. I've been very tired the last two weeks and I know it's a bit of depression because of SAD. When I come home from work I want to collapse in bed.

Try to take some time for yourself and do something relaxing. Take a long hot bath. Get a massage. Sleep in one day and just be lazy. Stay in your pjs all day.

Hang in there.
