So recently I decided to make an appointment for a massage because I've never had one. I just turned 20 so I thought it would be fun. When I got there my friend went first and when she came back she informed me that you had to be naked. I wasn't sure because all places are different.

I was actually surprisingly ok with it... and the massage felt nice.. however afterwards I just had this awful feeling and I can't figure it out still. It just didn't feel right that some strange lady was touching me and all that. It felt wrong. I don't know why some of my friends can get massages and say they're fun and then for me to feel so uncomfortable about it afterwards.

You are not the only one who feels this way. I am a female and I once had a full body massage naked and it was the strangest feeling having a man do the massage. I couldn't relax as he seemed to get too near if you know what I mean.

Never had one but i always wondering how could some people feel comfortable with massages. I don't even feel comfortable with normal physical contact like hug or holding hands. So i guess massage would be uncomfortable for me as well

I also dislike massage because I feel that wastes my time. In the past, when people massaged me I felt painful. But once one of my male friends massaged me and I felt comfortable. When I told him I felt tired he said he could massage me, then I replied him massage is painful so I hate it. But he said he has learnt massage and he could make me comfortable. Then I granted to let him try and then I indeed feel comfortable. It turns out massage takes some skills to make the massaged person felt comfortable. But I still don't like to focus on using massage to relieve my fatigue because I dislike the feeling of wasting time when being massaged.

It is their job to do that and it is a professional thing. Relax and enjoy...Having a massage is one of greatest feelings. Try not to think how some strange woman is touching you. At least it is not a guy
