I'm 17 and I've been diagnosed with Conversion Disorder. I often get mad over small things. In fact, I will get so angry that I don't even remember it. It scares me. I Sometimes even get so mad that I want to hurt someone. I'm afraid that I will do something like that and not even know it. I don't know what to do.

Whenever you start to feel this way please let someone know who you trust. You don't want to act on any impulses. Please ask for help. You might want to ask for help from a therapist. Call a friend when you feel this way. This has to be hard for you. Please ask your family to help if possible. ((hugs))
Thanks for this!

You need a lot of support. Make sure you have someone close when that happens who will try to help you calm. Also, you probably got some medication, right? Don't forget to take it on time and go to a therapist.
Thanks for this!

Anxiety, depression, and low self worth is all packaged in to this problem. A Therapist will help you untangle all this.
Thanks for this!
