What's the best way to cope emotions? A lot of the times my coping messages aren't working anymore, well, except for taking a walk. Please help.

There is nothing wrong with having emotions. It would be pointless to avoid them.

I guess the OP is referring to cope with emotions when they overwhelme him/Her.
There' a sticked thread in this subforum that explain very well some tricks to manage negative emotions like doing something that provide you the opossite emotion, talk with someone, etc.
Walking is a very healthy activity though. If you can do it with someone else or your dog, better.

Meditation calms stress and emotions.
