Hi school is almost out and i have this friend and i really like him. and I am really going to miss him during the summer. I do have his number and i did gave him my but we never texted I really want to hang out with him during the summer but i feel like i cannot or that he won't want to hang out with me. please what should i do? BTW he is kind of quiet

You have each other's phone number, that is a first a step to keeping in touch You say you never texted - one of you is going to have to start..... If you want to hang out with him, all you can do is just ask him.
