Hey guys...
I keep waking up extremely tired and depressed and it just sticks to me all day. Like I am wearing a mask that puts a lot of pressure on me and my face. I just want to sleep and never wake up... I have tried everything to help, yoga, coffee, energy drinks, tea....Nothing is really working.... I don't know what to do, I would love for this to end before school starts, so I can focus again... ![]() ![]()

Have you spoken to a medical professional? If not, that would probably be the next step that I would try if it has persisted longer than a few weeks.

I really want to, but problem is...we tried to see a medical professional 4 times and my mom just stopped trying, so now I can't go see one...That's why I'm here.

Here's my best stuff http://forums.psychcentral.com/4262681-post105.html I think gayleggg's right that the first step is to see an MD. There are quite a few purely medical things that could be really dragging you down. If you have hypothyroidism, for instance, you're going to feel very low almost no matter what you do. These notes might help too: http://egg.bu.edu/~youssef/SNAP_CLUB...0164151576.pdf ![]() |
