Messed Up Crap

I'm not going to say much on this till later, but I got hit by a pickup truck last saturday at 10 till one pm. He hit me while taking out trash and after hitting me proceeding to roll over my foot. Yells and cusses at me, for accusing me jumping in front of him. I didn't jump at all, yes it wasn't smart to be on a moving rolling trash bin, but I looked before he showed up no one there so he definitely sped up before I had a chance after coming past a another truck blocking my view after I looked it was clear. I was very lucky not to receive any broken bones, I was scared out of my mind and this guy wants to sue me.

In his insanity, he's worried about the damage on his truck, but he hit me and when I told him to back up in my pain and panic he continued to roll over my foot/ankle/leg. I told the officer we couldn't had seen each other no way it could of happened that way. When I went out, no one was there, I don't remember seeing any white truck after I came past the truck that was blocking my view for a couple seconds. So accusing me for being reckless is ridiculous.

I was lucky I wasn't killed and I was grateful for the few people who helped me and were on my side. They knew he was an asshole. He wants to sue me to pay for his trucks damage, I saw no damage on his vehicle after he finally backed up and I threw myself on the ground to assess my injuries on my left leg. A grown up acting crazy... People scare me.
