Studying makes me trigger.. It brings back all the sad, embarrassing memories of my high school life. My therapist isn't me seeing me much as I want him to. Our next appointment is after 30 days. He admitted me to group therapy which is only next week.Other than the BPD traits & escapism, I have no skills to cope up with these emotions..
And I don't understand why he gives me Group therapy now for 4 weeks without no Individual therapy.

Russian9, perhaps your T feels you've made enough growth one on one and now wants you to grow in group therapy? He must have a reason for this. If you feel uneasy about this then leave a message for him as to why he changed your format of therapy. Group therapy is not that bad. You can learn by listening to others. I wish you success. tc
