I suppose I should start off explaining how I feel at this very instant.

Angry. Melancholic. Bored. Sad. Depressed. Restless. Anxious. Afraid. Weak. Isolated. Abandoned.

I feel all of these emotions continuously and it's getting really painful really fast for me. I was doing just fine last night. These things started popping up a few hours before I had to leave for school. But I was too...unstable to go outside, and so I stayed indoors.

I'm not sure what I should do right now. I want to try do productive stuff or hell, even just laze around and play video games to swallow up time, but I don't have the ability to focus at all...bah this sucks.

Hi CommaDotSlash: It's peculiar how these sorts of mood changes can sneak up on us. Everything seems to be going along okay & then... boom... we're under water... This happens with me. Maybe it's the weather (cold, overcast & rainy here at the moment). Or maybe it's something we ate! Anyway, sometimes you just need to stop & take care of yourself for a little while. Hope you feel better soon!

CommaDot, talk to your counselor at school or a therapist. Let them know as well as your primary doctor about it. If it is medicines they can adjust them. Maybe its just an anxiety attack which does happen. But hang in there! This to will pass. tc

Great advice.

How is your sleep these days? Poor sleep will contribute to poor moods. If this is the case, avoid the video gaming before sleep and leave your phone in another room. That at least helps me sleep and I have noticed it helps my moods.

All those anxious feelings you listed, came from your growing up. Work with a Therapist on your growing up situation.
