I have an appointment today with the RN psychologist lost my doctor at the clinic because of my year hiatus. I'm working and with traffic I know I'll be late. I want to reschedule but I kind of need to go and don't want to wait another month to do that.

On top of that I don't like this person she's not competent.
She doesn't talk and said she's only there to give meds. She's awful. Should I just cancel?

Yes because it doesn't sound like you have any confidence in this person anyway. Of course it depends on if you are stable enough to wait for an appointment with the regular doctor.

I cancelled. Ended up going to conferences. Being rushed stresses me out I usually allow extra time and like to take my time.
