I never thought this could happen. The future for me is in the hands of other peoples desicions. My to be ex wife won't submit a finanacial disclosure now after a year of seperation we have to go before the judge and he is going to do the marital settlement agreement by the way she has 2 bank acounts without my name on them. I have to apply for SSDI they decide that and after a year the doctors can't figure out whats wrong medicare choose my doctors all at once this happened things never work ou for me. I got a lot of my self-esteem from working and was a hard worker. I don't like not being in control eyesclosed

who doesn't like to be in control? but that life is not like that... so many things are out of our control. it's just how we choose to deal with it or handle it. have faith that things will work out for the best..

Since I assume you don't have the money to hire an attorney, ask if there's a way you could get some pro bono legal services to advise you in this. Hopefully the attorney could force her to provide you with a copy of the bank statements showing what she has.

Thanks I have a pro-bono attorney, I also have money it was a joint savings as soon as I checked and confirmed she had these 2 accounts I closed it and opened it in my name. I was eligable becuase I have no income. WI is a no fault divorce state. Why this should have been easy no kids, but she loves drama and she knows because I told her I don't want to ever have to see u or talk to u agian. You see now I have too so she thinks she won the game. Passive Aggressive she is nuts

I understand your frustration. I finally go so fed up with my marriage I just walked away. I'm filing for divorce 2100 miles away because he won't even do that. Thank heavens for the distance. Only think that kept my sanity through the nightmares but also put ME back in control of my life?

I'm on Medicare & have a wonderful choice of MD's in the state I live in. I even found the most wonderful therapist who helped me more than any in the last 13 years I struggled before being able to leave
