On suicide watch

Got in to see T today and she threatened IP for suicide risk, but luckily I convinced her I would do whatever I had to to not go to the hospital. She made me call my roommates and she's making them babysit me all weekend. It's terrible. I just want to crawl under a rock and die. How can I live with them now that that's on the table?

Hello Awake, Your T is just doing her job and so that's a good thing. It is scary and ads to the already existing anxiety of whatever is ailing you. I went through it and yeah I was scared but in the end it all worked out.
Maybe take each day one minute to one hour at a time and embrace the help you are receiving to get through .
There are many people like you who are going through similar situations , don't be afraid to reach out . You already have by coming on PC right.

Don't give up. I know you may think that they will think differently of you now, but if they care about you like it seems they do, I do not believe you have to worry. I have confidence that you can fight your inner demons and get through these tough times. By listening to your T and trusting them you have already displayed your courage, strength, and willingness to fight for you. You are important. You are needed here.
