I have recently started doing yoga and it has done wonders for my mind my heart feels lighter I feel happier. The endorphin's from all that stretching and exercise is realigning my brain to release serotonin and make me happier. I love yoga and I have been doing it everyday it is also much harder then I expected and gives me a burn but I love it the doctor was right about me needing exercise and hobbies to cheer me up. It has definitely given my life purpose and meaning.
Thanks for this!

Good for you black-roses. I have been told by several "in the know" people how much better they feel after doing some Yoga. Might be something for me to try in my new do good things for myself mind-set.
