I love love love my new job. I know he's lurking about now I know. Yesterday I got frustrated. I'm like this is so hard, and than others in my group were complaining about how they feel thrown to the wolves left to figure it all out. I returned from lunch today with a card on my desk, from the leadership staff. It said Hang in There. The first few weeks are the toughest, it gets easier and falls into place, just takes some time, etc... Well the person next to me says, I never got a card like that when I started. The rest of my training class did get the exact same card. But I know whose behind it.

Today I wore a dress, something I do infrequently. Refused to do during training class, because it would imply interest. He made it known that he likes women in dresses. Today was just because I wanted to, not for any other reason. Well my supervisor is his good friend. He told him I wore a dress today. I could see it in his face. Low an behold he's on the floor today, did not talk to me, but the supervisor made me aware of his presence by walking by my desk and then talking loudly where he was standing near the Asst. Mgr. down the way. He put the trainees out to shawdow, so he was supervising them.

Asst. Mgr asks me about a necklace I was wearing, because it's unusual honestly. I said I bought for my daughter, she never wore it, I liked it so I decided to wear it myself. It's a jeweled butterfly.

As far as work, I'm making good progress. I'm closing claims, and getting payments and information. I feel better about the process and how to handle things, still knowledge to be gained. But I'm happy there, and when I'm happy people around me see it, and raises their level happiness as well.

I am very hapy for you that you are happy at your job .I want to tell you to be very careful because people are very envy and bad these days and thei hate when thei see other people happy and want to put them on negativity ,
