That's what I've been trying to do, but I'm having some trouble convincing my parents to do that. We came to an agreement and I have to wait until the end of August before I can ask for a new one.

Making excuses? I've simply told the truth so far... if there are problems with some suggestion, or I'm doubtful about something, I just say it. What else should I do?

Besides, I've already said I was going to try volunteering as many of you suggested..
