Hi there everybody. I have been dealing with a lot of negative emotions and can't seem to get out of the funk that I'm in. So much has happened to me in the last month that I don't know how to deal with it. I feel numb inside and can't seem to get any help from my own family. I could use any suggestions anyone of you might have.

Release the thoughts. Get outside involve yourself in activities within nature. Garden, swim, camp, etc. When you alter your thinking, break away from your current situation, you gained new insight.
