I'm having kind of a hard time today. It involves me worrying, and other people. I feel triggered by something, and I miss my friend. I keep trying to "make things better" with someone. But I think I just need to leave it for now.

Glad you find DBT helps. Something I've been interested in doing myself from time to time.

I get like this too, I try and find a way to step back from it sometimes and put it in perspective with some kind of relaxing activity but I gotta admit I am not an expert yet! Regards
