I struggle to regulate my emotions and tend to fall apart when things go wrong rather than deal with my emotions in a healthy way.

I'd really like to learn how to regulate my emotions. Anyone have advice?

CBT I've mentioned before has been really quite helpful. There are many good workbooks out there. For me, catastophizing is a big issue. It also has helped with improving my self-worth. These are big triggers for me emotionally.
Thanks for this!

CBT has helped me as well. I really like the CBT for dummies books. They break down the skills so that they're easy to understand. I've found the skills to be extremely helpful in regulating my emotions.
Thanks for this!
