I feel really lonely and isolated. People have isolated me in the past and it's really messing with my head. I can't take it anymore. I feel like people want to make me feel that way cause they think I'm a loser. I feel like other people want to deny me connecting with other people. I feel like people just hate me sometimes. I feel like people just don't care and they could care less if I'm feeling extreme lonliness. Sometimes I feel like people want to make me feel this way. I just feel so isolated by everyone. I feel like they don't care.

I agree with Mickey, it's seems like your own isolation. Hope you feel better soon.
Sometimes when I have thoughts of embarrassment, guilt, and people hating me, I immediately thinks: "It's only in my head. Even it is true (that people hate me), they don't give a **** of what you think right now." It helps a lot. |

I'm sorry you are feeling this way. Are you sure you aren't projecting how you feel inside onto other people? If you don't have concrete evidence you may be experiencing the cognitive distortion of mind reading. Challenge it when it comes up. Replace the distortion with something realistic. Sending big hugs.

I'm an extreme recluse. I've been so my entire life.
I was always the weird kid, picked last because I kept to myself, so no one knew me, or wanted to bother to do so. The "normals", the "populars" have no idea how much damage they do, or they just don't care. In today's society, I believe it's the latter. Newsflash, that kid you like to make fun of and kick around might be my brother, my sister or me. We were severely physically and emotionally abused. When you hurt us further you set the existing dysfunction in stone. |
