It's all too Much

I can hear my own voice resonating in my head just a blood curdling scream as I curl up in bed I feel so trapped so alone so helpless.. a young girl haunted by her past by a monster she's been able to snuff out but only temporarily. The whispers manage to resurface and they let out a cry "nobody cares about you" this is in the wake of the first day of school.. My life is a train wreck in which no one will survive. I have no mental help and the only support I have beyond my one tiring friend are the chains that hold the monster in.

My parents won't allow me to see one.. all I've got is a school counselor who tells me my problems in life are average but doesn't give me a way to "fix" them. I'm considering not even seeing her because the receptionist constantly tries to kick me out...
