I made a mistake yesterday, I don’t know if the other person will forgive me

But I’m a mess and I’m trying to forgive myself

It wasn’t my fault and it definitely wasn’t intentional.

I am only hoping that time will heal wounds and I can move on from this.

I eventually do stuff like this too. Hurt someone unintentionally and then gush apologies and feel terrible even if it isn't entirely me fault or isn't my fault at all.
It stems from feeling like you have to please everyone and having a guilty conscience.
It can be hard to control but, you need to take back the power and not give in to the constant apologizing even if you are in the wrong.
You are not obligated to kiss fanny every time you make a mistake and anyone who wants you to feel like you have to is trying to control you.
