I'm so tired of this nightmare I live in day after day. The desire to keep going is getting chipped away little by little everyday. I have no friends because of social anxiety, I come across as strange to most people. I see people living their lives around me and just want a piece of that desire buts its not in me. I don't believe things will ever get better, I can't stand the idea of living this way for God knows how long. I want to scream someone help me and make this pain go away.

Hi. I feel exactly the same way Nicolelee1968, and I've more or less withdrawn from social life through necessity of survival. It's a rough journey all right but it wasn't always like this for me, not to the extreme. Try not to project too far into the future and just do your best on a daily basis, keep challenging the boundaries. Everyone out there is on their own journey as well really. If you can find something good in the little things - a bird, a cat, a sunset, a smile - then that's okay.

Excellent advice in my opinion.

Some of the people who may judge you as “strange” etc may not be as “together” as they want to appear.

I’m sorry for your pain, life can ... as this is your first post I’ll refrain from completing my train of thought..

Goodnight
