Good. One small victory has me optimistic. Today I’ll go do something nice for someone else.

I probably should (actually I know I should), have done more today.

overeating, then throwing myself on the bed and watching winnie the pooh.. hardly a good productive day

Having a little panic attack. Grounded myself right away. I WILL be calm, cool, and collected. I am determined to be OK.

I am coping a bit better, next three days I will be getting more rest.It has been decided between my sister and I that we will leave mum's carers to look after her so I won't be taking food to her or visiting so often.Recently I had been visiting twice a week and ended up being there when carers were due and ended up doing their job, which was exhausting for me and then I couldn't do my own chores. Now I will go back to visiting once a fortnight like I did before mum went to hospital.I will be able to cope much better then.

I'm coping fairly okay. To the point where I'm not going to break down or anything. I'm not feeling the best, but at the same time, I'm able to think clearly and make reasonable decisions. So I guess I'm keeping myself mellow somehow! Watching Youtube videos and listening to music can sometimes ease everything a bit.

Not too bad but I could do better.I got my chores done ready for the weekend. It is Saturday today,I went and ate a meal at the pub, then I tried to see the film,House of Clocks,I saw about a quarter of it but then started falling asleep.I couldn't keep my eyes open so then walked out of the film, had a smoothie and crisps and muffin at Starbucks and came home.I then slept on the sofa for two hours, and so here I am.I wish I could have stayed awake through the whole film but I guess at some point I will try and see the film again.

I tell myself it’s in my head and that I have nothing to be anxious about. I think this helps. It helps me clear my head and stay calm.

I was anxious cos the cat went to the vets, they were going to take teeth out, turns out teeth were sound and not decayed so they got fixed and they cleaned them, did a scale and polish,so no painful removing of teeth. My cat is ok,and I am relieved she didn't have to suffer and she came round ok after the anaesthetic. It was tiring taking her to the vets and worrying about her but now I am ok and feeling and coping better ,thanks for asking!

this morning I spent a good majority of the morning listening to one hit wonders and catchy songs.

in a musical kind of mood

that said, it is very hot outside, and the hot weather messes with my depression so bad- today would have probably been a good day if it wasn't for the weather
Thanks for this!
