This anger will never go away. The thoughts will keep coming back because no one will listen to me and I'm too afraid to tell them whats on my mind. No one cares anyway. People will never understand what's going on with me.

Hang in there ExplodingSun56, you're not alone with your inner struggles. If you like, you can try to explain what's going on for you regarding the thoughts? You might be surprised - perhaps some people here have been through, or are going through a similar thing.

Anger is a very hard emotion to deal with. This is one of my issues, that I am working on. This site and my therapist has taught me a lot about the anger I carry, one of my extra baggage from my childhood, and through my adult life. I think this site, and my T are helping for me to be able to deal with my anger, and express it properly. If you don't have a therapist, if you can, you might try to grt one, also when you feel your anger rising, try to get through it by thinking about something pleasant in your life, and take things one day, one hour, one moment, or even one second at a tine, to get through it without blowing your top.

Sorry you are experiencing this ExplodingSun56. Anger can be so draining.
But your feelings are lying to you==anger can go away. Someone will listen, you just have to find that person. Sure some people don’t—but that’s because of them and their issues/fears not you.

And yes, if you talk, someone will understand what going on with you. Can you get a therapist? Do you have someone older, stable, trusted—who you could talk with? You can come here. MANY folks here understand what you are feeling and have felt it.

Be kind to yourself and hang in there
