Youper and Wysa are android apps that administer therapy through artificial intelligence. It probably sounds like a disaster at first, but I've found them to be effective in helping me to recognize destructive thinking patterns and analyze my feelings.
It's especially great if you can't afford therapy or if therapists aren't available in your area. In addition, you can contact the developers and suggest new features. They're always open to this and very nice. ![]() |

I practise yoga everyday with that I do meditation daily. At first I was unable to concentrate and could not sit in meditation for more than 4 minutes. But now I sit at least half hr in meditation. Itfe e glsood. You just need daily practice and nothing more. That's it.
