This video helps me let go

If you want to see the whole set of short 3-4 minute talks about mindfulness
Thank you for the meditation

I did a lot better today. I was able to meditate for 13 minutes while exhausted. I was proud of myself.

But yesterday went a little bit like this:

Guided Voice: Now, become aware of your physical surroundings and slowly open your eyes.

Me: *Eyes already open. Slurps soup absentmindedly while listening to the voice *

...I could have done way better. I find that I meditate better while lying down. It's easy to become uncomfortable and stop meditating while sitting up cross-legged.

Anyone else practice meditation and mindfulness? If so, do you use apps, YouTube? Guided or unguided meditations? Also, does anyone use Youper or Wysa for therapy? I find that they help a lot for when you don't have a therapist. They don't take the place of a real one, but they do a good job.
what is youper and wysa?

Youper and Wysa are android apps that administer therapy through artificial intelligence. It probably sounds like a disaster at first, but I've found them to be effective in helping me to recognize destructive thinking patterns and analyze my feelings.

It's especially great if you can't afford therapy or if therapists aren't available in your area. In addition, you can contact the developers and suggest new features. They're always open to this and very nice.

I practise yoga everyday with that I do meditation daily. At first I was unable to concentrate and could not sit in meditation for more than 4 minutes. But now I sit at least half hr in meditation. Itfe e glsood. You just need daily practice and nothing more. That's it.
Thanks for this!
