I keep feeling waves of panic come over me.
I don't even need to be triggered, it just happens... ![]() ![]() |

![]() I am feeling stressed and it will take a while to sort the problem/s out. My body has had enough and is reacting physically, mentally and emotionally. I find a paper bag to breathe in helps. But they keep coming back. ![]() ![]() ![]() Sending hugs to you and hope you can find some peace to complete your work ![]() |

Have you tried any sort of therapy? |

Yes I have had CBT too many times.
Some counselling privately, which helps at the time but I am easily brought down when facing multiple stresses. When on my own, I am lonely. When I have company, I feel guilty because I want to be left alone. I cannot please myself at all. The panic is hard because is rises from nowhere for no real reason. My health is a vicious cycle between physical, mental and emotional health. Sleep is my only time off and I don't think that is good quality. |
