Describe the Last Time Things Went Well for You.

Last night was the last night of my wine-tasting class. I've had trouble getting along with some specific people in my small town - and some of them were in the class. But it went pretty well - I was able to sit with people who were supportive.. And I enjoyed trying new wines (even though I discovered I dislike nearly all red wines).

My favorite from the class is a Cava from Spain (a white, sparkling sweet wine).

I have felt accomplished lately having made playlists for different time periods in my life. And I've been writing about those different time periods. Roughly, I'm trying to write a memoir.

I also have found lately that initiating things has helped me. It's helped me not to be selfish when I initiate things.

The travel class that I'm in went really well - i was sitting next to some friendly people. Afterward I went out with a friend to eat.... and I got invited to a book club.

My visit to the dentist today was uneventful.

I had a few conversations with my wife recently that went fairly well.

I spent some nice relaxed time with my parents today.

I've been spending a lot of time lately with gaming groups I've found online. I had a particularly good time last night. Everything just went smoothly - people were friendly... I played some new games and some games I am familiar with.

I should probably mention that these are board game groups and we meet in person.

I've been playing a lot of Dominion lately - the other night I played Space Base (which I've played before) and Dominion. I also played Mysterium and Raise Your Goblets - both of which were new to me.

Things went well the other night when I played a cool board game called Catan with my family. It was really fun.

I have sleep apnea, and I haven't been sleeping well the last couple of months - my AHI numbers have been averaging 15 per night, and they should be under 5 (and I would wake up during the night and wake up feeling tired). I finally realized that I needed to readjust the straps on my sleep apnea belt (prevent me from sleeping on my back) - since I did that, my numbers have dropped back below 5.

I slept really well last night - my AHI number was .1! Nothing disturbed me during the night (my wife sometimes wakes me up with her coughing) and I don't remember any dreams.

My wife and I rented a space for a bunch of family to get together for Easter - we had quite a few from her family and from my family. It went really well - my aunt made it a point to call me yesterday to thank us for setting it up.

When we would all have family gatherings as a child, my mum, grandad and relatives. Playing in my grandads garden, the sun shining, That was a long long time ago now. I dream about it still, its even better in my dreams.
