Describe the Last Time Things Went Well for You.

2018 was the best year of my life. I landed a new job, I moved into a great new apartment, I bought a new car, then I got engaged. It was an eventful and momentous year for me, as life had not gone well up until then.

I just found out that I have VA health benefits. I'm in priority group 8c - so all I have to pay is small co-pays. The balance of the bill is paid by my health insurance & whatever is left over is written off.

Last week I returned to work after having covid, I still felt a little unwell and tired. My supervisor was very supportive and honestly the whole team couldn’t have been nicer - retail at Christmas is hard work but they didn’t put any stress onto me.

A couple of weeks ago I thought we were going to have to purchase and install a new water heater... but I did a little research and then cleaned up the thermocouple - it's been working perfectly since then ( I also bought a new thermocouple, just in case).

My parents were very nearly conned out of a lot of money by rogue tradesmen, but today a genuine tradesman came over and put right their poor work at a fraction of the cost. I feel like although there are those with bad intentions out there that there are also genuinely good people too.

Christmas night maybe? When we were opening presents. I know the day after I got my 20mil Geodon filled which was a few days before New Years Eve things went well for a couple days. But ever since the year began I've been in a weird mood and I hope its just temporary. I honestly think Betty White passing has a lot to do with it.

They have been going well for me the last 14 years since I left the situation that was destroying my life. Am I having tough situations to deal with? You bettcha, that never ends as a part of life but when life around you is going well, those things that don't are easier handled

On Tuesday I bought a nice car - a 2014 Audi A6 Quatro.

I'm in Florida on a business trip.

I went to Florida on a business trip. I was only there for 3 days - but I got my business done early, and got to spend some time relaxing by the pool in the sun in 80 weather - while back home it was in the 20's. I was there to buy more inventory, and I was happy with what I found.

I went to a very fun yoga class on Thursday. On Friday I had a good exchange with my neighbor.

Like I said already, things are always going well for me.....but I have to say, after losing my horse last September from being seriously ill, this new job I started mid January doing night watch at the TB farm 2 miles from my farm, for the pregnant mares has been so good for me. Work 5 nights a week, keeping an eye out for the mares going into labor. I get to know the mares & have about a week to enjoy the new foals & interface with them. There were 35 pregnant mares. 17 have foaled so far, 13 of those were when I have been working. Things can't go much better than this & so far, all the foals have been born healthy. What an amazing experience. They move the foals & mares out to another barn & move more pregnant mares in. Always getting a chance to know new mares. I also do feeding & watering & when the new foals are born, help make sure they are nursing well every hour. This job will last until the last mare foals sometime in May. Then will work as needed

The 6th of this month. I celebrated my birthday with my family and it was a low key event but it was great at the same time. We had cake and I got 2 $25 gift cards.

A couple of things are going well. I started driving my Audi today. I'll be going on a short business trip and will drive the Audi instead of my old car. And I'm getting close to my goal of having $20,000 in my business account.

I'm traveling and just stopped at a restaurant to enjoy a Calzone. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, and I love the music they're playing. And... Tiramasu for desert.

Several things have gone well over the last couple of days.

I achieved my goal of $20,000 in my business account. I buy and sell and right now I have enough product in stock to keep selling for several months without having to buy more. And yesterday I sold my old car for more than twice what I thought I might get (thank you used car shortage!)

My favorite sister stopped by recently and we had a good conversation.

I made a contact a few years ago with someone who sold me some items on eBay. I met him again at a trade show earlier this month and he told me about more items he was looking to sell. Earlier this week I went to his house and bought some nice items to resell.

I had an amazing birthday last week, lots of different celebrations and the best was a music gig of my husband’s friends, we also had a very delicious meal in an independent restaurant and a big treat with a night in a hotel. It was a birthday to remember.

I haven't talked to one of my brothers for several years and yesterday he texted me.

I had a really good time with my son over the last 2 days. I took him with me to a party on Saturday and then we played pickle-ball on Sunday. It was just a fun time - I'm not sure how to describe it except that we got along well and just enjoyed ourselves.

I wait with him for the school bus in the mornings, too - and he has come up with some interesting topics of conversation lately.

I recently performed for the first time in a community theater. I'm just proud of myself for the courage it took and the "stick-to-it-nevness" it took to follow it through to completion.

I drank some good port yesterday with some new friends.

Things have been going well since I got my meds adjusted about a month ago. I went to New York City the first weekend in October to meet up with family and see a couple of Broadway shows.

Today I met with a much loved family member and her gorgeous puppy, we had a lovely time together- we talked a bit about how we couldn’t meet freely for so long during the pandemic and it felt all the more sweet that we could today.
