I know anger is normal, it is a healthy emotion. but i find it difficult to keep under control. maybe lack of sleep can be the problem. I know good quality sleep can help combat many physical, mental and emotional problems. many times I explode without any good reason, so I have to quickly control this issue.

I'm sorry you're having problems controlling your anger, Mark. Yes, having plenty of rest can definitely help control emotions. Or actually, not getting enough rest can make it harder for you to control your emotions.
Is there anything specific that triggers your anger? If there is, maybe you can learn to avoid it or try to understand what upsets you about it? |

This is just a tip to deal with it when it occurs, fighting the sympthone, not the dissease. Close your eyes, straighten your back and take a deep breath. For me this works well especially when I'm outside.
