I try to be calm most of the time, but certain things get my anxiety and anger to go full blown. Here is a chronological list of things that piss me off the most to the least:
  1. Finances
  2. Feeling rushed/pressed for time
  3. Being disrespected
  4. Drama
  5. My family
  6. Feeling unappreciated or taken for granted

How's this for a start?

people telling me " it's not as bad as you think", usually makes me ask.. and what would you know about that?. are you in my shoes?

and " just take your meds, you'll feel better"

or people who promise to do something and then 5 minits before back out of it because they " can't be bothered"

people who ask me " so how did you sleep?" after they know that night after night I struggle to sleep. I'm hardly going to turn round and say yeah great, when an hour is even hard sometimes

what sets me off is complete lack of understanding.

I don't know if anyone else feels like this but I find when you talk about depression, people seem to understand what it is and offer psympathy

if you talk about something like bipolar, or any other illness, people are like yeah, I get it, you're depressed (no understanding of what these other illnesses are)
