This year I finally stopped sucking my thumb and picking at my ear lobe (lol it was a combo) after 20 years; I'm only 22. I am so proud of myself but now i'm not really sure of what to do with myself other than lay around and cry when i'm overwhelmed/stressed. What are some of you guys' coping mechanisms?

Hi KayInHiatus. Welcome to Psych Central. Congratulations on eliminating that behavior.

I do exercises, yoga, cleaning and organizing and mindfulness when I am stressed. If you want some links to those let me know and include this message with @CANDC
