Anyone else? I'm in UK, the situation is dreadful. I live alone and my mental health is suffering.

I hear ya... There's a term-- pandemic fatigue-- from which I think a lot of people are suffering right now. My sis is in the UK, and she's told me how bad it is, so you have my full sympathies. Unfortunately, it's something none of us have any control over. We all just have to learn to deal with it, which I know isn't much help, but it's true. Have you considered taking up a new hobby or learning a new skill? Is there any way you could set up a routine time to chat online with friends? It's a tough time for everyone, but the trick, I've found, is just taking it one day at a time.
Thanks for this!

i live alone too. and yes being stuck at home exacerbates the loneliness. it would be nice to be able to make new friends but with covid, it will be hard to do that. are you working? good thing we can always post on here. i plan to put up a wish board. for this year, i want to make new friends and get a hobby. why don't you try that too? couldn't hurt. pls hang in there.

You are not alone. I am currently unemployed and am also going through a painful and contentious divorce process during the pandemic. I cannot deal anymore.

When it is all said and done, all we have is oneself. Self is a gift from the Universe. Honor oneself.
