The dark voices I hear escalated to the point where I had to be hospitalized. I learned in ER that I also have Covid.

This just plain sucks - I am isolated in a room and can't leave for however many days/weeks.

I am really scared.

Dear Have Hope,

The situation you are is just heartbreaking. I can't even imagine what you are going through. Wish I knew what to say to help. I hope you will keep posting so we know how you are doing day to day. It is just awful what you are being forced to endure! I would be totally scared in that situation. My heart goes out to you!

Sincerely yours, Yao Wen

Please do try your best to resist. i am assuming hospitalizing does suck but it is good that you are getting Help at least. Try to remind yourself that this is Hopefully just a temporary thing and that you should be able to get back on track when things do improve! i think you are strong! Please do not give up! Sending many Safe, warm hugs to BOTH you, @Have Hope, your Family, your Friends and ALL of your Loved Ones! Keep fighting and keep rocking NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, OK?!

I am so sorry to hear that. I was wondering why you weren’t posting as much. Do you have covid symptoms? It’s just terrible! What a terrible luck to have covid on top of everything.

I hope you are getting good treatment and getting better. I hope you can get out soon and feel better soon

Hugs. Best wishes.

Thank you all so much for your supportive words.

I am having a really rough time. I'm dealing with dark evil voices who want to cause harm to me and others.

I am doing exorcism prayers to help myself. I am totally isolated in a room that feels like jail. I cannot open the window and I cannot leave this room. there's only a bed to sit on. I am brought food to my room. This is all due to having covid, but I am in a psychiatric hospital - hopefully for a only a week.

What does the doctor say? Do they prescribe/adjust medications to deal with voices? With all due respect you’ve been dealing with it for awhile. It does sound rough. I pray your doctors do something about it

Hopefully there is something to do in the room. TV? Internet? Books? Do you have fever? Cough? I hope you are symptom free, despite being positive. You don’t have to answer any of it, I am just concerned what’s going on.

I hope it all goes back to normal soon

@divine1966 - The doctor increased my medication and we'll try that for a few days before moving onto something stronger perhaps. I do have a slight fever and cough and headaches. They give each of us an ipod and our own phones. And I have my personal computer with me and a few books to read. But we cannot charge anything ourselves so I spend the whole day and night charging devices one at a time so I can be busy.

@bpforever1, thank you .... I truly home time does heal!

I also wondered why I hadn’t seen you around lately. I’m so sorry you’re going through this! I really hope the doctor can come up with medication that can help you, but it’s good to see you’re being proactive in trying to help yourself, too.

I’m so sorry to hear you are in the hospital and have covid. Prayers for a speedy recovery. It sounds like your symptoms are under control, and it’s good you are not at home with covid while alone, but rather have medical attention.

I feel that stress levels have worsened mental and physical health issues for so many people now. This is all from stress!

Try your best to rest and recover. Hugs to you HH

I said a prayer for you. I am glad you are in a place where they are helping you and will continue to pray that you are getting the care you need. Sometimes things have to get bad before they get better. Time may seem to go slowly in the hospital, but your ordeal will not last forever. Lots and lots of hugs.

@divine1966, yes, it's very confining. I pray I don't have to stay too long. UGH.

@TishaBuv, thank you for the kind words. I was extremely stressed when all of this occurred. Covid really wreaks massive havoc. What a horrific time for all of us across the globe. I hate covid and want it to just die.

Thanks, travelinglady and hvert!

It does immensely suck. Between the two issues, covid and evil voices, I am barely surviving. But somehow I must conquer this. They've increased my med dosage so we're waiting to see how much that helps by Monday.

Well, I'm being discharged Friday, I'm going back to work on Monday, giving my notice Monday, taking a week off then I start my new job the following week.

I've negotiated a job offer with my old company while in the hospital. So I'm quitting the stressful one on Monday. How am I feeling? I don't know. The voices are around and I feel very stressed from all that I've dealt with, but happy about going back to my old job. The two guys I hated there were both fired.
